Authorities have issued an arrest warrant in connection with an accident that occurred on June 23. The car accident happened in South Carolina, but the driver being sought has connections to other locations. The vehicle he was last known to have been operating was a blue/silver minivan that had an enclosed trailer attached that was white in color.

The accident in question resulted in the death of one South Carolina man and the injury of another. According to witnesses, the driver may have been attempting to break up an argument regarding a cell phone. At some point, the driver got back into the minivan even though the two other men were still arguing. They were standing in between the trailer and the minivan at the time.

When the driver took off, he ended up dragging one of the men over 1600 feet. During that time, the man being dragged sustained injuries that turned out to be fatal. The other man managed to jump free, but did not escape injury. However, his injuries were treated at a local hospital, and he was released.

As the investigation into this tragedy continues, the family of the deceased man will have to deal with his premature loss. It can’t be easy for this family to have so many unanswered questions regarding the actions of the driver that day. When he is found, they may exercise their right to file a wrongful death claim against him in order to recover any costs and damages they have incurred in connection with the car accident, but more importantly, they may get a little bit of justice on behalf of their loved one.
